A female staff cadet at the Royal Military College Duntroon woke to a male cadet raping her in her room after she had returned home alone from a night out at Mooseheads, court documents allege.

Police arrested Fijian national Samisoni Loloma Baikeitoga, 23, on Thursday after they received results from forensic testing. Mr Baiketoga was charged with sexual intercourse without consent.
Mr Baikeitoga was refused bail in the ACT Magistrates Court on Friday, after prosecutors opposed his release largely on the grounds he posed a risk of flight.
Documents tendered in court say that the woman, who cannot legally be identified, was out drinking at Mooseheads with a group of other staff cadets on March 31 this year.
She ran into a group of Fijian staff cadets from the military college, who she danced with.
The woman left with a male staff cadet, who dropped the woman off at the entrance of her accommodation.
About 2.45am the woman entered the building at Duntroon, went to her room and fell asleep.
The documents allege that the woman woke later to find her pants and underwear removed and a man on top of her engaging in sexual intercourse.
She told the man to "stop" several times but he did not, the documents allege.
The documents say that the woman then shifted her weight to the side and the man got off her and got dressed, before picking up money from the ground.
The woman did not get a good look at the man, and believed the money was hers because the next day she was unable to find the cash she had taken from an ATM while out in Civic.
She saw he was dark-skinned with shorter hair, and believed he was not Caucasian.
The next morning, the documents say, the woman told a friend what had happened and then she went to be examined at the forensic medical sexual assault centre at the Canberra Hospital.
On April 4, she gave an interview to police.
Two days later, she called police and said a Fijian cadet, Mr Beikeitoga, had approached her at Duntroon and asked if she remembered him from "the night before".
Police interviewed all the Fijian staff cadets, and took a DNA sample from Mr Beikeitoga.
On Thursday last week, DNA testing identified Mr Beikeitoga as a match to the samples taken from the woman during the forensic examination.
The man was arrested at Duntroon that day.
The documents further allege that when police searched the man's phone, a web history revealed that since the alleged rape Mr Beikeitoga searched "how to beat a sexual assault charge", "sexual assault sentence ACT", "how long does semen remain in the vagina" and "can you leave the country whilst under investigation".
No pleas were entered during his appearance in court on Friday.
Mr Beikeitoga is due back in court on July 20.
