CCTV from a Canberra massage therapy business that was gutted by fire shows a person lobbing a flaming object through the window, police say.

The fire started about 11pm on Tuesday and destroyed Jenny Magic Massage, which offered traditional Chinese massage treatments in Dundas Court, Phillip.
No injuries were reported, but a number of neighbouring businesses including Michael Potter Real Estate received smoke damage and had to close temporarily on Wednesday.
Police asked for anyone who witnessed the fire, or who has dash-cam footage from the area between 9pm and 12am on the day, to come forward.
