Let’s free up principals to do what they do best

Talk to any school principal and they’ll tell you they love their job. Principals enjoy high levels of job satisfaction. Few professions get to improve and turn around the lives of young people. At the same time, the profession has extraordinary high levels of burnout. A strong sense of moral purpose does not protect principals from sleeping badly at night.
