A Kambah man will face court on Tuesday over allegations he committed an act of indecency in front of 15-year-old boy who was fishing with his parents on Lake Tuggeranong.

The 40-year-old man is the third person to front the ACT Magistrates Court as a result of Taskforce Tydeus.
Acting deputy chief police officer Scott Moller said the teenager alerted his parents to the alleged indecent act, who chased the man from the scene.
The parents also filmed the man on a mobile phone. The man didn’t approach or talk to the child.
Police will allege the man committed the crime in Greenway on September 18, 2018.
"As soon as they witnessed the event, the parents were straight on the phone to police," acting deputy chief police officer Moller told reporters on Tuesday morning.
"It was certainly a brazen offence and we are very mindful that we will do everything we can to stop this from occurring."
As a result of information provided by the child and his parents, a 40-year-old man was arrested and charged with committing an act of indencey in the presence of a child on Monday, October 8, following a search of a Kambah home.
