The ACT government is shrinking health spending year on year

Critical media reports about the ACT hospital system appear with alarming regularity. Concerns have been raised about its culture, waiting times in the emergency department and for elective surgery beyond clinically recommended times, worn out infrastructure, non-functional buildings, inadequacy of resources and understaffing.
