NSW Lotteries officials said the winning ticket wasn't attached to a Players Club card so they have not been able to contact the winner, and are waiting for the punter to contact them.
The ticket was bought from Lucky Lotto in the Tuggeranong Hyperdome.
"You may not think it's possible that you could be one of the 1st Prize winner we're searching for, but if you purchased an unregistered entry in the last Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw, it could be you! In fact, this is the second 1st Prize Lucky Lotteries win to land in the ACT this week," Bronnie Spencer, NSW Lotteries spokesperson said.
Earlier this week a woman in Woden said she would pay off some bills and go on a holiday after her $100,000 win.
If you believe you have the winning ticket, you're encouraged to call 131 668 to claim the prize.
