The British ski instructor accused of sexually assaulting a woman and knocking a man unconscious in Jindabyne will remain behind bars until the case returns to court in October.

Matthew James Williams is charged with aggravated sexual assault, causing grievous bodily harm with intent, two counts of occasioning actual bodily harm, and possession of a prohibited drug.
The 28-year-old, who was working at Perisher before his arrest, is accused of attacking a 22-year-old woman and 25-year-old man on Kosciuszko Road, Jindabyne, in the early hours of July 5.
Police, who have described the incident as horrendous, allege that Mr Williams punched the man until he was unconscious, then sexually assaulted the woman, before again assaulting the man when he woke and tried to help the woman.
In Queanbeyan Local Court on Thursday morning, Mr Williams' solicitor, Luke Vozella, said he would make an application for bail at a later date.
Mr Williams is yet to enter a plea to the charges.
Magistrate Michael Antrum adjourned the matter until October 2 to give the prosecution time to prepare its brief of evidence.
