The bone-in, half leg ham, with a best before date January 29, 2019, has been available for sale at Simon Johnson, Victor Churchill and Vic’s Meat Brisbane in NSW, Queensland and WA.
Queensland Health said microbes known as Listeria monocytogenes could cause pregnant women and their unborn babies, the elderly and people with low immune systems to fall ill.
Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice or call 13 43 25 84 and should return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
