The truck rolled on the Links Avenue off-ramp in the early hours of Tuesday morning, with several lane closures throughout Tuesday morning.
By 7.30am Links Road North was closed in both directions between Kingsford Smith Drive and the Southern Cross Way off-ramp, with local diversions and heavy delays from the Brisbane Airport exit.
Queensland Police were asking drivers to avoid the area.
Paramedics attended the incident and treated the male driver for minor injuries.
The incident follows two other truck accidents around Brisbane on Monday, with one truck losing a load of plasterboard over an overpass in the same suburb, and another truck carrying a load of waste building materials rolling in Capalaba.
