Storm threat eases in south-east Queensland as rain records broken in north

A heavy, slow thunderstorm rolling over Dalby in the Darling Downs was upgraded to "very dangerous" on Sunday afternoon as ex-Tropical Cyclone Owen breaks rain records in the north of Queensland.
