A woman has told police she was held hostage in a Brisbane home for 10 hours after being abducted in the early hours of Thursday.

The victim told officers she was taken against her will at about 1am and held captive inside a home on Carlyle Street in Seventeen Mile Rocks until she managed to escape at about 11am.
The woman flagged down a passing car and alerted emergency services. She was taken to hospital in a stable condition, according to 7 News.
Police were investigating whether the incident was drug related and were waiting to speak to her in hospital.
Detectives took a man and woman into custody and were speaking with them on Thursday night.
No charges have been laid and investigations were continuing.
