Six Canberra Cavalry players have been named to play in next week's Australia Baseball League All-Star game.

Left-hand pitcher Jake Brown was selected in the World All-Stars pitching squad. Fellow pitchers Tim Atherton and Tristan Crawford were chosen to represent Team Australia, and catcher Robbie Perkins also got the nod.

The final spot on the World All-Star roster will be decided via fan ballot, and outfielder Anthony Alford and right-hand pitcher Sean Toler are the candidates from Cavalry.

The All-Star game will be held in Melbourne on Wednesday, December 17, from 7.40pm.
