It is a conversation they haven't had to have yet, and Matt Dufty's stellar showing suggests Paul McGregor won't need to worry about it for another week.

So often when a young player makes errors early in the contest he can go into his shell. But that isn't the case with the St. George Illawarra Dragons fullback.
The Dragons kicked clear at the top of the NRL ladder with a 25-18 win over the Canberra Raiders in front of 8962 at Glen Willow Stadium in Mudgee on Sunday.
McGregor won't need to talk to the 22-year-old about bouncing back from a tough outing, simply because he overcame early blunders with sheer brilliance at pivotal moments.
Dufty had a target on his back with Canberra forwards Josh Papalii and Joe Tapine both placed on report for a high shot and a shoulder charge respectively on the Dragons star.
But he roared back with a superb 50-metre try and he layed on another for skipper Gareth Widdop.
"He came up with a few errors and it was great to see he didn't go into being quiet," McGregor said.
"For a young bloke that is pleasing because he is still learning his craft at fullback. Sometimes when you're a young guy in the rigours of playing week to week NRL, you come up with a couple of errors you can go quiet.
"I thought Duff at different stages really grew and got us back in the game through sheer brilliance. A couple of errors, a couple of tries, he had a mixed day. But he certainly makes a point of difference with that speed.
"He has been very solid week after week, he's not a player that I look at week after week that has consistently the same error."
Dufty outshone a host of Dragons stars that have been touted for representative honours this season.
The State of Origin series opener is drawing near with Dragons Ben Hunt, Tyson Frizell, Cameron McInnes, Paul Vaughan, Euan Aitken and Jack De Belin pushing for selection.
McGregor is already putting a contingency plan in place to ensure their hard work that has seen them perched atop the rest for the entire season isn't undone.
"We know what we've got coming," McGregor said.
"I don't know how many obviously but next week we play another quality team, the week before the team gets picked.
"I'm sure all of the players in my shed will be keen to go out there and play at their best next week in front of what will be a good crowd, in front of the selectors and Freddy [Fittler] and co, and give themselves an opportunity to make that Blues jumper.
"One would think Benny is sort of a shoe-in for Queensland. We'll worry about Origin when it comes up.
"We're certainly putting things in place with our young guys."
While the Dragons are contemplating representative selections, Raiders coach Ricky Stuart has to address a serious issue in Canberra's ranks.
"We put ourselves in so many positions to win games this season so far and we haven’t. That is frustrating, like it was last week. I sound like a broken record every week, we work on it, we talk about it, we’re not doing it," Stuart said.
