Brumbies winger Chance Peni will face an ACT rugby judiciary on Monday night to find out if he will be suspended for the fourth time in 13 months after being sent off in his comeback game on the weekend.

Peni is facing another stint on the sideline following a lifting tackle in Canberra's club rugby competition on Saturday.
The rugby league convert was penalised and given a red card for the tackle in what was his first game back since being slapped with a seven-week ban for a high tackle in Super Rugby.
Wests rugby officials were gathering evidence on Sunday to defend Peni, but the club is waiting for the referee's report and will be told of the severity of the charge at a hearing on Monday night.
A shattered Peni apologised to the Easts player, who jumped straight back to his feet and wasn't injured, involved in the tackle and was the first to check if he was OK when the pair got up.
A suspension of any length would all but ruin Peni's chances of playing for the Brumbies again this year given there are just three games left in the Super Rugby season.
The 24-year-old has been impressive since making the switch to rugby union and was on the Wallabies' radar earlier this year.
His absence would be a blow to the Brumbies' hopes of making the Super Rugby play-offs, with the club needing to win its three remaining games and rely on favourable results to force their way into the finals.
Andy Muirhead, Lausii Taliauli and James Dargaville loom as options for Brumbies coach Dan McKellar if Peni is unavailable for selection for the clash against the Wellington Hurricanes in Canberra on Saturday night.
The game will be the Brumbies' last appearance in the capital this season, finishing the year with matches against the Waikato Chiefs in Hamilton and the NSW Waratahs in Sydney.
