In the 11 years since he started his carpentry apprenticeship, former Canberra Raiders centre David Howell has had stints with two NRL clubs and six seasons in the English Super League. But after not having his contract with the London Broncos renewed, the 30-year-old is getting back on the worksite while putting back into the grassroots.
