Fyshwick business faced huge rate rise on 'sitting duck' land

A small-business owner in Fyshwick was hit with a valuation rise upwards of 300 per cent in a single year on a block of land she describes as a "sitting duck", with conditions meaning it can only be used for storage or parking.
