Split committee finds CTP bill lacking detail on external reviews

A divided parliamentary committee has cast doubt on the ability of drivers to challenge their insurers under the Barr government's proposed compulsory third party insurance scheme, calling for changes to the bill before it returns to the ACT Legislative Assembly in February.
