Aleisha, Maddilyn and Eloise were a gorgeous handful for mum Emma as they were introduced to the Canberra public on Friday.
The rare identical triplets were born on March 25, 32 weeks' and one day premature.
They have left the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and are now in the Special Care Nursery at the Canberra Hospital.
Aleisha and Eloise are in open cots while the smallest triplet, Maddilyn, is still in a humidicrib.
"They're all going very well,'' Emma said.
"Now they just have to pretty much eat and grow. They've all passed their birth weight.''
The arrival of the triplets has been overwhelming for Chisholm couple Matt and Emma and their other children, Patrick, 11; Laura, seven, and Lily, five.
"It's been a big change for everyone,'' Emma said.
The triplets are expected to remain in hospital for another three to six weeks. The triplets were conceived naturally and a surprise for the couple who were not trying for another child.
The family has been extremely appreciative of all the support they have received from the community.
Tuggeranong Hyperdome marketing manager Adam Gill donated a range of goods to the family on Friday on behalf of the centre's retailers. The donated goods included gift cards, passes to Limelight Cinemas and iPlay, gift voucher from Little Istanbul, nappies and other items from Big W and a $400 grocery shop at Woolworths.
"I'm from a big family, I'm one of seven children, so I know the stress that comes with a big family,'' Mr Gill said.
"So my team and I looked at whether we could put something together and as soon as the retailers were asked, they were on board straight away.''
Emma said the family was extremely moved by the generosity shown to them.
"It's just been amazing, the support from the community,'' she said.
"I got one card in the mail from someone who said they had read the article in The Canberra Times and were buying something for their grandchild and decided to send us a gift card as well.
"My husband I have just been blown away.''
Emma said her children's school, Holy Family Primary School at Gowrie, had also been incredible, supporting them and organising a painter to help finish off the three extra bedrooms Matt had to build on to their house.
"And the hospital has been fantastic. We've had so much support,'' Emma said.
