When he's out running, the only thing Higgins father Dan Kite will slow down for is a flat tyre or a dirty nappy.

Mr Kite was one of hundreds of dads who celebrated Father's Day on Sunday by taking on The Canberra Times Fun Run while pushing a pram.
With two-year-old Gus in tow, Mr Kite said he was trying to instil good habits in his son early.
"If he sees me running all of the time, hopefully when he's big enough he'll do it himself," he said.
Michael Fox of Ford was running with his daughter Emma, aged three.
He said it was "pretty close" to his idea of a perfect Father's Day.
"It's nice to get out and do some exercise and it's good weather for it," he said.
"She has an iPad if she's bored otherwise she's just looking around, identifying landmarks."
Greg Leach of Lyneham was also racing with his three-year-old son Harry along for the ride.
In previous years, his six-year-old daughter has been out on the course with him too, but she's getting too heavy to push.
"I'm hoping she'll run alongside me next year," he said.
Mr Leach said there was plenty of support for parents who were out on the course with their young families.
And if he gets lapped while performing his fatherly duties, Mr Leach said it was great motivation to push harder in order to catch up.
Mr Kite also reckons it's good inspiration.
"You've just got to deal with it, let everyone go past you and try and round them up again and give them a wave on the way past," he said.
