Hospital project manager slams government handling of tenders as 'unconscionable'

A former project manager of health infrastructure for the ACT government has slammed the government's handling of the Canberra Hospital redevelopment as "unconscionable" after the firm was forced to submit and resubmit multiple tenders to manage the work.
