Defender Edwina Bone and former Tuggeranong star Kalindi Commerford have been named in the 21-member Hockeyroos squad.
Goalkeeper Andrew Charter was selected for the 18-member Kookaburras team.
Hockeyroos coach Paul Gaudoin said selection was tough and injuries had forced him to look beyond the 2019 national senior women's team.
"We've had a good block of training here in Perth. We're really looking forward to the challenges ahead," he said.
Kookaburras coach Colin Batch said he had given opportunities to players in good form.
"That's first and foremost what we're trying to do," he said.
Victorian Amy Lawton, 17, has been picked to make her international debut, while Kate Jenner, 28, who was in the 2012 Olympics side, returns to the team for the first time since 2015.
The world number three Hockeyroos and the world number two Kookaburras will face the New Zealand hockey teams on Anzac Day in Auckland, before a clash with Buenos Aires in Argentinon Saturday, May 4.
The Hockeyroos will then travel to Pennsylvannia to play the US on May 10 while the Kookaburras return home.
