It's not on this week but I'd advise you to book tickets quickly as the last plant-based event at Monster sold out in a flash. This time Monster executive chef Dan Flatt, pictured above, is taking on head chef of Sydney restaurant Alibi, Jordan Brogan. There'll be an eight-course full plant-based dining experience with paired drinks. May 9, $120pp with matching wines, $95pp with non-alcoholic pairing. Bookings at eventbrite.com.au
