The 27-year-old Canberra ruck was ruled out of the 2019 season after tearing her anterior cruciate ligament in her left knee in a trial game against Fremantle in January.
The Crows general manager of football administration, Phil Harper, said the team was "rapt" to re-sign the players, including emerging talents Nikki Gore and Maisie Nankivell.
"We're excited to see the group continue to work hard and improve in the coming years," Harper said.
The transfer period means players needed to sign with clubs months before the season was set to start, which meant Erin Phillips had committed to the club before she had been cleared to play.
"As we know, Erin is a total professional. She is rehabilitating her knee to give herself the best chance of playing again, but we all know there are no guarantees," Harper said.
"We'll continue to support Erin, Tracy and the kids throughout the process."
Ruth Wallace is set to make a return to Adelaide's primary squad after stepping away from football in the last season for personal reasons.
