"They like to come at you a bit harder, so I'm expecting I'll have a lot of traffic sent my way," Crisp said.
"I wouldn't expect anything different. It always is that way when you play your old side."
Crisp said it was probably good to get the clash with his old side out of the way early in the season and the weirdest thing would be heading to the away team's sheds at Freebody Oval on Saturday.
Crisp said it was a good feeling to line up with his cousin Bobby Roberts rather than against him.

The former Kangaroos playmaker has scored seven tries in the first two games this season but Roos are confident they won't have to focus on their departed team member.
Kangaroos coach Troy Whiley said this week his team only had to worry about themselves if they did their job properly.
After a slow start, the Kangaroos made up for lost progress with a 28-all draw in last weekend's clash with cross-town rivals, the Queanbeyan Blues.
"The last 20 minutes was unreal [in the game against the Blues]. We've just got to do that for the whole 80 minutes, even 60 minutes would be good," Whiley said.
West Belconnen recorded a 60-18 win over Gungahlin in their last match.
