Brendan Jimenez jinked off his right foot, dummied and all of a sudden the St Edmund's College product was a social media sensation.

More than 21,000 people watched a Twitter video of a near length-of-the-field try when he tore through the Scotland under-19s team last year, putting himself on the radar as a future rugby star.
But Jimenez doesn't want to be a one-try wonder, although he actually scored four tries and had a 29-point haul in a sparkling performance for the Australian schoolboys last year.
The teenager wants to use his time with the Queanbeyan Whites to chase his Super Rugby goal as he eyes off a spot in the ACT Brumbies squad in the coming years.
"It was pretty crazy when that video went up. I woke up and my phone was just going crazy with messages," Jimenez said.
"That was a pretty cool experience. The dream is to play as high as I can and to go as far as I can with my footy.
"It was an awesome experience with the Aussie schoolboys last year and I guess I got lucky. But I really enjoyed the experience."
Jimenez is one of several rising Canberra rugby players who have played for Australian junior teams in recent years, and is a product of the ACT schoolboys side which broke a 29-year national title drought in 2017.
The 18-year-old finished school at the end of last year and is hoping to forge a rugby career, first with the Whites and then with the Brumbies.
He will take on a new challenge when the Whites play Wests at Campese Field on Saturday, slotting into the No. 10 role to fill the void left by another player tipped to be a star of the future: Will Goddard.
"I've played most of my footy at fullback and on the wing with the schoolboys," Jimenez said. "It will be different playing flyhalf this year, but I'm up for the challenge. I haven't done it in a few years, but hopefully it goes smoothly."
The injury-hit Whites will be hoping shifting Jimenez to the chief playmaking role will help them breakthrough for their first win of the season this weekend. It has been a rocky start to the campaign for Queanbeyan, losing games against Tuggeranong, Gungahlin, Royals and the Uni-Norths Owls.
They need a form turnaround now to ensure they remain in the race for the finals before the leading teams get too far ahead. Meanwhile, the Owls and Easts will play for the Owen Brown Cup on Saturday while Tuggeranong and Gungahlin meet in a clash between two of the competition favourites.
