Remembering Ralph

To mark the 25th anniversary of the death of prolific Canberra theatre director Ralph Wilson, a group of Canberra theatre practitioners are mounting a celebration of his life in "The Ralph", the theatre in Gorman Arts Centre which was named after him. On Tuesday, May 28 from 12.30pm to 5pm, events will include reminiscences and play excerpts including parts of his favourite play, Brecht's Mother Courage and Her Children. It's a fundraiser and proceeds will help pay for a memorial plaque, catering, a program and framing: gofundme.com/help-us-to-remember-ralph-wilson-at-the-ralph?utm_medium=email&utm_source=product&utm_campaign=p_email%2B4803-donation-alert-v5, To book: eventbrite.com.au/e/ralph-wilson-day-at-the-ralph-tickets-61136828901?aff=ebdssbdestsearch.
