Nearly 100 moggies will be on show at the Birman Cat Club of Canberra Allbreeds Cat Show from 10am to 3pm on Sunday at the Weston neighbourhood hall, the old Weston primary school, at 6 Gritten Street, Weston.
There will be lots of breeds, a judge from England, refreshments and a chance to learn more about the cats from the breeders, says Birman Cat Club president Carol Cootes.
"And if they want a cuddle with a kitten they can come and find me," she said, with a laugh.
There will be Abyssinians, Sphynx, Selkirk Rex's, Birmans, Maine Coons, Siberians, Exotics Ragdolls and American Shorthairs among the line-up.
