The festival will take over Canberra's Commonwealth Park on November 23, before - for the first time - heading to Ballarat's Victoria Park on November 30.
Spilt Milk attracts festival lovers from all over Australia, having sold out in less than 30 minutes every year since launching in 2016.
In a release from Spilt Milk on Wednesday, the festival said they were ecstatic to welcome American R&B star Khalid to Canberra and Ballarat.
The multi-platinum pop hero has collaborated with the likes of Halsey, Logic, Kendrick Lamar, Billie Eilish, Lorde and Shawn Mendes on singles that have stayed in the US Billboard and ARIA charts for weeks on end. Khalid's own works like Location, Young, Dumb & Broke and Talk from his number two ARIA charting debut album, Free Spirit have solidified the 21-year-old as a voice of his generation.
From Scotland, three-piece CHVRCHES add to Spilt Milk's international presence with their globally adored synth-pop hits. From releasing 2018's third album Love Is Dead to this year's collaboration with Marshmello Here With Me, the trio's live set is one to look forward to.
Joining them is Chicago's Juice WRLD. The 20-year-old rapper, singer-songwriter will bring his US Billboard chart-topping debut album, Death Race For Love to the live arena for Spilt Milk. Having collaborated with Future and Travis Scott and toured with Nicki Minaj, Juice WRLD is coming in to his own.
The ever-strong local contingency of Spilt Milk features well-loved ARIA-award winning rapper Illy, alongside indie darlings Middle Kids who recently released their EP, New Songs For Old Problems. Solo wonder, G Flip will bring her irresistible hits in About You and the Steph Claire Smith starring video for Drink Too Much to Canberra and Ballarat.
Triple J Hottest 100 winners Ocean Alley bring their laidback style to the stage promising singles like Stained Glass and Infinity, while repeated ARIA chart-topper Dom Dolla also slings his range of hits.
Golden Features will return to Spilt Milk with his dark and powerful beats, alongside Adelaide's Allday and his unique combination of rap and sing-song tracks.
Festival favourites Confidence Man are set to start an almighty dancefloor, while Tones and I showcase their track Johnny Run Away, trio Dune Rats rock out as Kota Banks delivers pop perfection, and Running Touch debuts his club-ready hits, alongside Sydney six piece collective Winston Surfshirt and many more.
Joining the heaving artist line-up, is a partnership with Studio A, who bring colour, life, opportunity and a touch of humour to the festival. Studio A are makers of great art and provide professional opportunities to artists with intellectual disability.
Meanwhile, returning in 2019, is the Bacardi El Coco danceteria stage with mojitos on tap and unique artist surprises, along with a new initiative Guilty Pleasures, hosted by Levins & friends and the now infamous Bus Da Move stage that lets you BYO bangers.
