Teachers and parents are chewed up and stressed out, so pity our kids

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced $2.8 million in funding for a school-based mental health program, batyr, as part of a drive to tackle the mental health challenges facing young Australians, declaring "that is a key focus of my government".
