Black Mountain's Luke Letcher will team up with Sydney University's David Bartholot in the men's double scull, while Caleb Antill has been named in the quadruple scull.
Capital Lakes' Cara Grzeskowiak will make her senior national debut at the tournament in the women's quadruple scull.
Australia will field 17 crews at the event led by coaches Ian Wright (men's) and John Keogh (women's).
Performance Director Bernard Savage said the team are looking forward to competing in its first World Rowing Cup of the season.
"We've a big team that is excited to get out there and get racing against the rest of the world," Savage said.
"This is our first major event (for our non-para-rowers) on the world stage ahead of what is going to be a big year for the Australian rowing team with the World Rowing Championships coming up in August - an event that doubles as Olympic and Paralympic qualification."
The regatta will run from Friday, June 21 to 23 on Lake Malta in Poland.
