The Australian Electoral Commission on Friday confirmed the party was wound up earlier in the week.
Senator Bernardi decided to pull the pin after a poor federal election result.
The former Liberal senator left the coalition to start the Australian Conservatives, but believes his supporters backed a Scott Morrison-led government following Malcolm Turnbull being deposed as prime minister.
The AEC has also deregistered far-right minor party Rise Up Australia on a voluntary basis.
