Letcher joins former ACT rower Angus Moore in the men's eight, while Antill has been named in an unchanged quadrupple skull.
The quartet claimed silver in last month's event, helping Australia secure their place on top of the points tally.
There are no changes in the female crews for the regatta so Grzeskowiak will one again take part in the women's quadrupple skull. Grzeskowiak's crew finished in fourth at World Rowing Cup 2 in Poznan.
The event is their last opportunity to impress Australian selectors ahead of the World Rowing Championships in August.
