Two separate crashes on the Majura Parkway caused traffic delays and resulted in five people being taken to hospital on Saturday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the first incident, in the southbound lanes, at 12.35pm on Saturday.
Paramedics assessed five patients - three adults and two children - at the scene of the smash.
One woman was trapped and had to be freed from the car she was travelling in.
An Emergency Services Agency spokeswoman said no one was seriously injured, but all five patients were taken to hospital.
Southbound lanes were closed after the crash and were reopening shortly before 3pm.
Firefighters were called to a separate crash in the Majura Parkway's northbound lanes at 2.25pm.
An Emergency Services Agency spokeswoman said two cars had collided in that incident.
One of the vehicles caught fire and an ACT Fire and Rescue pumper was at the scene extinguishing the blaze shortly before 3pm.
The spokeswoman said paramedics were not required to attend the second incident.
One northbound lane remained open while emergency services were at the scene.
