Thieves used a Toyota Hilux to gain entry to the supermarket just after 2am on Sunday.
Police said the ute had been used to gain entry to the store in an attempt to steal an ATM, but it was not successful.
It's the latest in the string of ram-raids targeting Canberra businesses in recent weeks.
Eighteen other ram-raids have been carried out in the ACT so far this year, 10 of them in the past month.
ACT police previously said significant resources were being thrown at investigating the spate of incidents.
