Albert, who has been a part of the NSW academy system, will move to Canberra in November to start his Super Rugby journey.
The Riverview College student joins Reesjan Pasitoa as teenage hopefuls ready to make their mark in Canberra.
"I'm so excited by the prospect of moving to Canberra to join the Brumbies," Albert said.
"It has been a dream of mine to be given an opportunity like this and it's humbling to know that the Brumbies are supporting me in working towards becoming the best player I can be.
"After watching the Brumbies campaign this year and becoming familiar with the positive environment they have created, it clearly speaks for itself, and I am beyond excited that I get to grow as a rugby player and a person with them."
The Brumbies said goodbye to a group of established stars at their end of season function last week, signalling a changing of the guard.
Coach Dan McKellar only has a handful of spots to fill on his roster next year, with Pasitoa, Bayley Kuenzle, Noah Lolesio or Mack Hansen to get the job of steering the side at flyhalf.
