They will discuss job-creating projects with federal ministers and key policy makers in the nation's capital.
The annual Facing North event provides industry leaders in the NT to further their economic opportunities.
Mr Gunner said northern Australia is key to securing the future prosperity for the country.
He intends to highlight the importance of opportunities in South-East Asia and China.
"Facing North is a strong demonstration of how Territory business, industry and government are working together to accelerate development of the North," he said in a statement.
Forums will be held over two days, with Darwin's $400 million ship lift and maritime services to be high on the agenda.
The ship lift, used to lift vessels out of the water for maintenance and loading, is expected to create hundreds of jobs and is scheduled for completion in 2023.
The delegation will seek federal support for the lift and various other projects in the territory.
