Their estimate of visits by Muggles was based on transactions and party bookings.
Quizzic Alley opened in Pirie Street on September 13 last year. Its professors have hosted more than 350 classes for kids' birthday parties - and a few grown-ups - in the last 12 months.
"Every week we meet people who have travelled to Canberra just to visit our store," Nearly Legless Mick said,
"We've even had party groups travel from Sydney to do a potions class."
The most popular items at Quizzic Alley have turned out to be chocolate frogs, Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans, "Muggles Welcome" doormats, Hermione Granger's time-turner necklace and Gryffindor ties.
Recent Book Week parades and celebrations saw a leap in sales of house robes, wands, neckties, scarves and, of course, the signature Harry Potter glasses.
Countless fans have shared a photo in the Ford Anglia (secured to the floor so it won't fly away).
Thousands of visitors have tried on the Sorting Hat to find out which one of the four Hogwarts houses they are in.
The most popular house? No surprises here - Gryffindor. Kids, in particular, want to be in the same house as Harry, Hermione and Ron.
The least popular house is Slytherin, but "they're the most committed fans and the ones most likely to sport Harry Potter tattoos".
Quizzic Alley also recently hosted The Great Wizard's Ball, attended by 280 witches, wizards and magical creatures dressed up to the nine-and-three-quarters to raise awareness and funds for The Smith Family.
