An order to produce the documents was moved by the Greens' Rachel Siewert after some numbers were released to a handful of media outlets on Friday, but more widespread data wasn't.
"Last Friday the Government provided piecemeal Jobactive compliance data to selected media outlets, in their continuing campaign to demonise people on income support, however this data was not made publicly available via the Department's website or on request," Senator Siewert said.
The Department of Employment's website hasn't uploaded a quarterly update to the compliance data since July 2018, and the Greens believe the data could show private providers are unfairly penalising those on Newstart.
"The Government has not been updating the website and the only way we have been able to get information on the controversial jobactive program is through the committee process, estimates and questions on notice.
The documents are due to be tabled by 10am on Wednesday, and include all payment suspensions, cancellations, demerits and penalties for the last financial year and this year to date.
Under the targeted compliance framework, Newstart recipients can have their payments suspended or cut off by the private job service providers without oversight from the department.
"This is no way to operate a transparent and democratic Government," Senator Siewert said, pointing out she had been getting data gradually through Senate estimates and parliamentary committees.
"I look forward to seeing all of the up to date data related to the jobactive program so that it can be properly scrutinised and analysed by the community."
