Investigations continue into the suspicious death of a man at a home in Palmerston over the weekend.
An ACT police spokesman said charges were yet to be laid following the incident on Saturday, where a 34-year-old man was found dead at a housing complex.
A 29-year-old man, who was helping police in their investigation into the death, has not been charged over the incident.
A crime scene still remains at the Kosciuszko Avenue complex, but police say neighbouring homes are no longer affected.
The 34-year-old man was found unresponsive in the Palmerston home at about 10am on Saturday.
Police have described the man as a "well-loved person in the community" during a press conference on Saturday.
"Our empathy goes out to the family of the deceased person," ACT police detective superintendent Mick Calatzis said.
Neighbours have told The Canberra Times the housing complex had been the scene of regular fights and antisocial behaviour in recent months.
Police had attended the complex on Friday, where a number of people were arrested after reports of disturbances.
Neighbours said a fight broke out in the home, before spilling out into the street.
