Twenty-five competitors from the ACT are bound for Sydney to compete in the ICN Australian Natural Physique titles with an eye on glory.
"I know these competitors have sacrificed a lot to get their bodies right and this was evident with their victories and placings in Canberra," ACT Bodybuilding president Nick Boutzos said.
"Now they have a chance to go again and demonstrate what they have at the national level.
"The competitors spend three to five months getting ready for competition and they will train very hard to get themselves in peak physical shape.
"All around the world the visibility of the fitness industry has grown and this is not solely based on competing. People are taking their health and wellbeing very seriously and they are positive role models in the community."
The ACT will boast a team of 60 people when they arrive in Sydney, consisting of 25 competitors.
Also linking up with the squad with a team physiotherapist and a team of five tanning staff.
The national titles is a drug tested event.
