Canberra finished second on the NRC ladder and will host Fijian Drua in a semi-final clash at Viking Park, which will likely be played on Sunday, October 20.
The Vikings remain unbeaten at home this season and defeated the Drua 41-28 in round five, but the Fijian side bounced back and won their two remaining matches.
Fijian Drua kept their title defence alive after a 26-24 win over Queensland Country in Sigatoka on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Western Force will host fourth-placed Brisbane City to reach their maiden NRC final next weekend.
