A federal police officer and his twin brother have been charged with a suite of new offences including allegations they shared intimate images of women without their knowledge.

Joshua Rod Tiffen and Kenan Lee Tiffen, both 41, appeared in the ACT Magistrates Court on Tuesday to seek a bail variation.
The pair intended to move from the territory to South Australia on Friday, the court heard.
Joshua Tiffen, the police officer, was charged with one count of possessing child exploitation material, seven counts of distributing intimate images without consent, and two counts of intimate observations or capturing visual data.
Kenan Tiffen was charged with one count of possessing child exploitation material, and six counts of distributing intimate images without consent.
The charges are in addition to one count each of possessing child exploitation material, which the pair were arrested for in May this year.
Joshua and Kenan Tiffen pleaded not guilty to those two charges.
They have not entered pleas on the fresh charges.
The court previously heard police uncovered some 462 videos of young girls on storage devices in the Tiffen's Forde home, as well as secret cameras in bedrooms rented to female tenants, who when questioned were unaware of the presence of cameras.
All Joshua Tiffen's charges, and all six of Kenan Tiffen's distribution charges, relate to incidents or activity that happened between March and May this year. Kenan Tiffen's charge of possessing child exploitation material relates to activity between August 1, 2018, and October 31, 2018, the court heard.
A decision on the brothers' application for a bail variation would be handed down on Friday.
