The Addams Family (PG)
This is the latest in the longlasting franchise that's included Charles Addams' cartoons, live action and animated TV series, movies, and a Broadway musical. In this animated film, the merrily macabre Addams Family go to New Jersey where they - mother Morticia (voiced by Charlize Theron) and father Gomez (Oscar Isaac) and their two children, Wednesday (Chloë Grace Moretz) and Pugsley (Finn Wolfhard), along with Uncle Fester (Nick Kroll) and loyal servant Lurch (Conrad Vernon) - will live in a Gothic mansion. Margaux Needler (Allison Janney) fears the house will devalue the community of homes she's building nearby and planning to market on her TV show. Meanwhile, at her new school, Wednesday befriends Margaux's daughter Parker (Elise Fisher).
