The Chisholm man, 27, was arrested by police on Monday morning following a search of the man's house.
It's alleged police found 477 grams of a substance believed to be cocaine at the property.
It's estimated the drugs have a street value of more than $175,000.
The man was arrested and taken to the ACT Watch House.
He was charged with trafficking a controlled drug other than cannabis.
He will face the ACT Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
