The Australian Federal Police and Australian Border Force supported the search, which was to obtain electronic and physical records from the company and other related entities involved in the incident.
A 47-year-old worker died at the townhouse construction site on the corner of Ada Norris Avenue and Freebury Street in Denman Prospect on Saturday morning.
Paramedics attended the scene but the man died despite their efforts.
It is unclear why the Australian Federal Police and Border Force were present for the execution of the search warrant.
On Saturday, ACT Policing said officers responded to reports of a pallet of tiles falling on a man.
ACT Work Safety Commissioner Greg Jones said he would use all powers available to investigate the incident.
"All ACT workplaces, especially in construction including the residential sector, are on notice that WorkSafe ACT will have a strong regulatory focus on businesses meeting their work health and safety responsibilities and we will not tolerate non-compliance with legislative requirements," Mr Jones said.
