But there are three more teams saying the exact same thing as the race for playoff spots in the ABL's Northeast division edges towards a dramatic ending.
The Cavalry will look to secure an ABL playoff berth in a series against the Sydney Blue Sox at Blacktown International Sportspark beginning on Thursday.
Canberra sit second in the division heading into the final round of the season, 1.5 games behind the Auckland Tuatara.
Brisbane sit 2.5 games off the pace while Sydney are five games in arrears, meaning they have everything to play for against the Cavalry this week.
"We've still got a lot of work to do this weekend. No team in our division has locked in a playoff spot yet," Cavalry manager Keith Ward said.
"We've got four teams in the division and everyone is a chance of making the playoffs if they play well and other results go their way.

"We have to go up there and take care of business in Sydney, look after ourselves, and see where we finish on the standings."
Yet there will be no one Cavalry star Ward expects to prove the difference - it's a collective effort in a rivalry he says is evenly matched.
He knows it starts with his pitchers, which has "certainly been one of the most consistent aspects of our game this season".
But Canberra's bats cannot afford to rest on their laurels given they have the power to lighten the load on the pitching rotation.
"Sydney are obviously just up the road from us and we've been a bit of a breeding ground for each other to be honest with you," Ward said.
"We've picked up a bunch of players from their front doorstep over the years, and more recently they have picked up a couple of players that have played for us.
"We know each other pretty well, and we match up with each other pretty well. We've had pretty tight contests barring the last game we played.
"It's one of those rivalries and series' that seems to come down to one pitch, one at bat. Hopefully we can do all the right things this week."
The four-game series comes to a close on Sunday with the playoff hopes of a raft of teams set to be decided on a fateful final day.
