1.30pm: RFS says if you are in the areas of Moruya, West Moruya, Mogendoura and Wamban, you are at risk as fire activity increases.
Seek shelter as the fire front arrives. Protect yourself from the heat of the fire. Be alert to burning embers. These may start spot fires ahead of the main fire front.
If you are in the Woola and Nobbies Island area, there is active fire in small sections of the Deua National Park.
Monitor conditions. Know what you will do if the fire threatens. Be alert for falling trees and branches.
12.35pm: RFS spokesperson Inspector Kelwyn White said firefighters were undertaking property protection.
12.25pm: There is an emergency warning for the Clyde Mountain fire. RFS NSW says fire activity is increasing in the area south of Araluen Road. If you are in the Merricumbene and Deua Valley area, you are at risk and it is too late to leave. Seek shelter as fire approaches. Protect yourself from the heat of fire.
11.30am: NSW Rural Fire Service says fire activity has increased south of Araluen Road in the Merricumbene Area.
"The fire is burning in severe fire danger conditions and is currently between two and six hours from properties," an RFS spokesperson said.
"Under these conditions, fires are uncontrollable and move quickly.
"Embers will be blown up to four kilometres ahead of the fire, creating spot fires that will move quickly and in different directions.
"These spot fires may threaten your home earlier than the predicted main fire front."
Hot winds are moving debris across the roads near Batemans Bay. Be cautious and drive to conditions.
Araluen Road between Yarragee Road and Araluen is closed in both directions.
Cooma Road between Araluen Road and Kybeyan West fire trail at Braidwood to Numeralla is also closed.

"The fire has been burning on the southern side of the Kings Highway, in the Deua River Valley," Fires Near Me said.
"This fire has grown from the Currowan fire on the southern flank.
"Despite recent rainfall, a return to hot, dry and windy conditions today is likely to result in an increase in fire activity."
