Officers were called out to a home in Macarthur about 9.10pm on Tuesday after reports of a disturbance in Goldsbrough Close.
An ACT police spokesman said firearm parts, ammunition and drug paraphernalia were found at the home.
A further search of the house revealed a further two guns, ammunition, two extendable batons, two tasers, three banned knives and suspected drugs.
