Aaron David Alexander, 48, on Thursday pleaded not guilty to a total 108 charges of obtaining property by deception.
The court previously heard the charges would eventually be rolled into one - accounting for all Mr Alexander's alleged offending between April 4, 2017, and April 10, 2018.
Police allege Mr Alexander, who served as Gungahlin United's president from September 2016 until July 2018, had sole access to the soccer club's bank account - despite several attempts from his colleagues to act as co-signatories.
Documents tendered to the court said the club's former treasurer became suspicious of Mr Alexander when he withdrew $3000 from the account, claiming it was for food and merchandise ahead of Gungahlin United's gala day.
A "sufficient" amount had already been set aside for that purpose, the documents said.
The treasurer allegedly pressed Mr Alexander to return the money, which he eventually did - but police allege a swathe of other fraudulent withdrawals and transactions ensued.
Mr Alexander allegedly spent nearly $5500 in club money on flights and airfares for himself and 11 others, under the guise they were being paid for by a new Gungahlin United sponsor.
He also allegedly used the club's bank account to pay for a car lease, car registration for his Land Rover Defender, a parking fine, movie tickets, and a dart board, among dozens of other items.
Over the some 12 months ending April 10, 2018, Mr Alexander spent $112,343.49 in club money, the documents said.
Police arrested Mr Alexander on February 5, 2020. He is a permanent resident of Australia, having emigrated from the United States.
In court on Thursday, Mr Alexander did not apply for bail. He is listed for a pre-hearing mention on March 26, 2020.
