Police were called to the scene of the crash at about 4.40pm on Wednesday after a Toyota Kluger crashed into a Holden Commodore parked on Bradley Street, Goulburn, and failed to stop.
Officers from the Hume Police District found the Kluger on Auburn Street and spoke with the 36-year-old driver, whose 14-year-old son was in the car at the time.
She was arrested and taken to Goulburn Police Station, where police say she returned a blood-alcohol reading of .289 per cent.
She is due to appear at Goulburn Local Court next month.
